Rotary is a change making organisation. Participating in Rotary means I choose to spend my time with people who are outward focussed, who care for others and who want to make the world a better place.
I am part of Rotary action groups to advocate for the rights of others to enjoy the liberties we all appreciate. Ten years of involvement has enabled my personal and professional development, and enhanced my ability to influence better outcomes.
Our values ensure we remain actively non-political and non-religious. This enables us to welcome everyone into our service organisation and expand the diversity of our membership.
We help ourselves by helping others. It makes us feel good, and people can tell. Supporting and inspiring others is part of the Rotary journey – a journey which has changed my life too.
